About the light on diffuser, It does not affect diffuser work, upper light is to show diffuser working or on pause (Red when diffuser pausing,Green when diffuser working); the down button is to show oil-left volume in bottle (Red color when oil is less,Green color when oil is enought); 2. connect hvac system with plastic tube for diffuser using joint connector. the scent outlet head can take off by rotating. 3. diffuser works some seconds,then pause. if so, diffuser NO DEFECTIVE,it is because you have set up continuous work time/pause time 5-300 seconds.
